Lift Truck Operator Training

A number of courses are carried out by us, in the field of lift trucks, subject to consultation with the client. Due to the
variety of courses available we offer training to CPCS, NPORS, LANTRA and RTITB standards. Training may take the form
of novice / refresher or site specific training as required.

The content of the course includes information and training in:
Legislation including Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, PUWER 1998, MHASWR 1999,
Code of Practice for Rider Operated Lift Trucks ACOP L117, LOLER 1998
Pre Use and Maintenance Checks
Safe Manoeuvring laden and unladen
Loading and unloading
Stacking and destacking within an aisle
Correct parking procedures
Theoretical and practical tests

Personal Protective Equipment
Safety Helmet, High Visibility Clothing, Safety Boots

This course is designed for all persons who are required to operate lift trucks in the workplace.
